Are you insured?
Yes. Clearwell carries $2M commercial general liability coverage and WSIB. Before our first shift you receive a certificate of insurance naming your business as additional insured, so your records are complete from day one.
Who will be cleaning my building?
Clearwell employees, not subcontractors. Every cleaner is WHMIS certified, vetted, and trained on your site's checklist before working alone. Cleaners on clinic accounts also complete infection prevention training, and a supervisor checks the work every visit.
How soon can you start?
Recurring service usually starts within a week of the walk-through, sometimes faster. One-time projects like a post-construction clean can often be scheduled within a few days.
What does a walk-through involve?
About 10 minutes. We walk the space together, you point out problem areas and anything off-limits, and we take notes and measurements. There's no presentation and nothing to sign. You get a written quote within one business day.
How is pricing set?
By square footage, visit frequency, and what the space needs. You get a fixed monthly price in three versions (Good, Better, and Best) so you pick the level of service. The price on the quote is the price on the invoice.
Do you supply products and equipment?
Yes. We bring all cleaning products and equipment. Consumables like paper towel, toilet paper, and soap can be supplied and restocked too, priced into your quote so there are no surprise line items.
Do you clean medical and dental spaces?
Yes, it's one of our specialties. Clinics get a disinfection-focused routine: high-touch surfaces, treatment areas, and waiting rooms get attention every visit, and we follow your clinic's own protocols for anything specialized.
What hours do you work?
Around yours. Most recurring cleaning happens in the evening after close. Early mornings and weekends work too, and day porter coverage runs during business hours. Walk-throughs happen whenever suits you.

Tell us, and the missed work is re-cleaned within 24 hours at no charge. Our supervisors walk every site after cleaning to catch problems before you do, but if something slips through, that's the promise. And there's no long contract holding you if it isn't working out.
